How is the price decided?

Each repair has a fixed price for your exact model and problem, shown before you book. It includes the part, the labour and the 7-day warranty. If the technician finds another fault, you approve or decline the new price in the app before any extra work starts.

What if I decide not to repair after the technician checks my phone?

You can decline. You pay only a visit fee of ₹149 for the technician's time and diagnosis. If you cancel while the technician is already on the way, a ₹100 fee applies. Cancelling before a technician sets off is free.

How do I pay?

By UPI, card or net banking in the app (payments are processed securely by Razorpay), or by cash or UPI to the technician once the repair is done.

What does the warranty cover?

For 7 days after the repair, if the same fault returns on the part we replaced, we fix it again for free. Physical damage, liquid damage or opening of the phone by someone else after our repair is not covered. Full details are on the warranty page.

Where do you operate?

LMRS is built to work anywhere in India. The app checks your address and tells you right away whether a technician can reach you.

Is my data safe during the repair?

Back up your phone before the repair when you can. Technicians repair in front of you wherever possible, never need your passwords, and are ID-verified. If your phone is picked up, you can follow every step in the app until it is back with you.

How fast is accessory delivery?

We aim to deliver within 60 minutes of your order. Delivery is free above ₹499, otherwise ₹29. You give a 4-digit code to the technician when you receive the order.

How do refunds work?

Refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method within 2–3 working days after they are approved. See the refunds page for each case.
