Partner terms
These terms apply to independent technicians who use the LMRS Partner app to take repair jobs and deliver accessory orders. By signing up as a partner you agree to them.
Our relationship
LMRS is operated by To be added: registered business name, with its registered address at To be added: registered address. You join LMRS as an independent service provider, not as an employee. You choose when to go online, which offers to accept, and you use your own tools and transport.
Nothing in these terms creates employment, partnership or agency between you and LMRS.
Joining and verification
- You must be 18 or older and legally able to work in India.
- You upload a government ID and a selfie. LMRS checks them before you can take jobs, and may re-check at any time.
- You keep your details current, including payout details (UPI or bank account).
- Your account is personal. Never let anyone else take a job in your name.
Taking jobs
- While you are online, nearby jobs are offered to you for a short time. If you don’t respond, the job moves to the next technician.
- Once you accept, go to the customer, and start work only after the customer gives you their 4-digit start code.
- Charge only the price shown in the app. If you find another fault, send a quote through the app and wait for the customer’s approval. Never ask for extra money outside the app.
- Use parts of the quality the customer chose. Take the before/after photos the app asks for.
- Keep your stock list in the app accurate, so jobs that need a part go to someone who has it.
Delivering shop orders
- Collect packed orders from the LMRS store, check the count and seal, and deliver promptly.
- Hand over the parcel only after the customer gives the correct 4-digit code, and collect cash or UPI if the order is unpaid.
- Follow traffic laws. A late delivery is better than an unsafe one.
Earnings, cash and payouts
- LMRS keeps a platform commission of 15% of the job value (or the rate shown in your app). Your earnings for each job are shown in the app.
- Cash you collect from customers belongs to LMRS until settled. The app shows your “cash in hand”, and it is deducted from your payout.
- Payouts are made weekly to your UPI or bank account. You are responsible for your own income tax and GST, if applicable.
- A refund caused by poor work, a wrong part or a no-show may be recovered from your earnings, after you have had a chance to respond.
Conduct and safety
- Be polite and honest, respect customers’ homes and privacy, and never look at, copy or keep a customer’s data.
- Never ask customers for passwords or PINs. If a repair needs the phone unlocked, the customer does it.
- If you feel unsafe, use the SOS button. LMRS ops sees it immediately.
- Fraud, theft, harassment, overcharging, or working under the influence leads to immediate suspension and may be reported to the police.
Location and data
While you are online, the app shares your location so customers can see you arrive and nearby jobs can reach you. Going offline stops this. How we handle your ID documents, location and payout data is explained in the privacy policy.
Suspension and leaving
You can stop using LMRS any time; settle any cash in hand first. LMRS may suspend or end your access for breaking these terms, low ratings after warnings, or fraud. You will be told the reason and can respond to [email protected].
Earnings you have already earned are paid out after any cash in hand and confirmed recoveries are settled.
Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at To be added: city for jurisdiction have jurisdiction. Raise any dispute with [email protected] first; we reply within 7 days.
